Sugar boiler/supervisor
We are looking for a sugar boiler/supervisor to work ‘hands on’ in the boiling shop. The role will be to ensure that production targets are met and that manufacturing and packaging machinery runs efficiently and effectively. Experience in sugar boiling is preferred but full training will be given.
Salary negotiable on experience. Working hours of 32/wk

Technical Assistant - Part Time
We are looking for a part time, hands on, technical assistant, to join the family run business.
You will help to maintain and amend all quality, legal and safety systems; originate documents for all key information from raw material, manufacturing and product specifications and ensure the audit system covers all technical, legal, safety and quality parameters.
Working within the office and production/warehousing areas the ability to communicate at all levels is required.
Technical experience in food manufacturing is a necessity, with Excel and Word skills being advantageous.
Salary negotiable on experience. Working hours of 16/wk.
